Does anyone else agree with me that I should have the right to take what ever game – fish, upland, or large – during any time of the year while on MY property. By no means am I saying I currently do so, but it irritates me that the government dictates what I can [...]

I have been unable to access my Yahoo Messenger Voice even with the on line chat help, or through the Yahoo Messenger web site after spending hours.
I need to speak to an agent voice-to-voice who can call me at 914-834-0196.
Thanks.

Hi,
I wanna know what exactly do you need to become a petroleum engineer. By that, I mean what skills should you have in order to become a good petroleum engineer. For example, what subjects should be good at. Also, is it "fun" to work as a petroleum engineer or not??
Any help would be highly appreciated.
Thanks!

In Texas, if I buy mineral rights from a homeowner who has an existing mortgage then he defaults on his mortgage and loses his property in foreclosure, do I also lose my mineral rights? Can I redeem my mineral rights? What are my options in this kind of situation?
