Crude Oil peaked at 7.27 per barrel on July 11 and gas prices were averaging .11 per gallon. Today the price per barrel is averaging at .95 with crude oil at about dollars per gallon. Shouldnt our gas prices be at about .05 per gallon or is there something I am missing?

What is the liberal answer? Mrs. BJ Clinton wants to tax the oil companies more. Won’t that just cause them to move to another country? Who is stopping us from drilling oil wells in the gulf of mexico or ANWAR in alaska, or building gasoline refineries, or using nuclear power?

Shouldn’t we be doing something to regulate the profiteering by the oil companies? I’m all for a free-market, capitalist system (I’m a republican at heart), but to allow these greedy bums to make billions in profit each quarter and then to claim that they’re just passing the increase along to the consumer is BS.
