We have mineral rights in Dunn County North Dakota and the company drilling completed well around Feb, and according to the report I read on North Dakota website they were going to start fracturing the well. How long can this process take?

Are petroleum engineering jobs all going to be taken by petroleum engineering grads and other disciplines with high gpa’s? Also my degree is from Mizzou, will that hurt me that its not from a top engineering school in the long run?

This morning I had the Centerpoint Energy company come out and tell me that they are taking down my 60 yr old Cedar tree today becuase it was on their easement (right of way). I have never received notice about this before today.

Democrats say high price oil is not a supply and demand issue, so drilling is not necessary. Yet they want to release 70 million barrels of emergency reserve to help prices come down. Isn’t this a contradiction?

We have plenty of oil right here in the US. Why not use it instead of paying to import foreign oil?
Oil is the lifeblood of our economy. Cheaper domestic oil would help to strengthen our economy. No more paying /gallon for gas.
I know environmental concerns are a part of it. But, drilling technology has improved. [...]

I am only 14 and I have really wrinkly knuckles, and I asked on another question how to get rid of wrinkly knuckles and someone said to try putting petroleum jelly on my knuckles before I go to bed. SO, I will try anything and I want them to go away–does this work?
