alabama realestate law and easements?

When a land owner gives an Electric Co. "electric line – right of way easement", does this mean that all utilities will now have access to the easement with out granting them an easement? This is for the State of Alabama and Baldwin County.

Unfortunately no. For example, let’s say you wanted to get a new sewer or water line ran in the same easement. When you applied for the permit, you would now be required for the electric company to approve it before the permit would be issued.

You have to read the document, not just the title. The easement is for whatever uses are specified in the document.
