		<description>Usually a person or company who has mineral rights does not need your permission to extract the minerals this includes oil and gas. If they really need your permission then it is worth a lot more than $100.

In general, unless you are getting royalties from the well, it is not a good thing. Even if the drilling and completion are uneventful, there are long term risks of equipment failure leading to oil spill, fires and maybe an explosion. I&#039;m not saying these will occur but there is a possibility.</description>
