Bill of Rights amendment question. Yes, it's homework. But it's awkwardly worded.?
"The constant noise and glare of military planes at an airport interfered with the normal use of adjoining land as a chicken farm. The owner protested and was awarded just compensation because of this amendment."
What amendment of the Bill of Rights would this be fall under? The fifth?

I would say the 5th as well, but I’m not 100% certain.
