		<description>Technically they can tell you this. The best way to handle this situation is to contact the leasor first and tell them of the unsafe condition of the dock. Then either they HAVE to fix it or they&#039;ll let you fix it yourself. I don&#039;t see why they&#039;d have a problem with you fixing it, though.
