Can petroleum jelly help remove eye mascara, eyeshadow and eyeliner?

I read it some where, but never tired it. Can it help for all skin types like oily skin, normal skin and dry skin?

Yeah it can remove your makeup, but it can feel a little greasy. Try Extra Virgin Oil to get rid of eye makeup one swipe with a cotton ball and seriously my waterproof/pain in the butt eyeliner & mascara is off! :)

    Yes, it can.
    Any skin kind.
    Any eye make up.
    It does work.

Yes! It’s oily so it’s really good for removing waterproof mascara and even that all day lip wear that they make now. A little goes a long way so don’t put a whole glob if it on your eye or else you’ll have a hard time wiping it off.
