New World Jewry, 1483-1825
By Seymour Liebman, Jewish Historian, published by The Jewish Historical Society
“The traffic of slaves was a royal monopoly, and the Jews were often appointed as agents of the crown for their sale.”
“[The Jews] were the largest ship chandlers in the entire Caribbean region, where the shipping process was mainly a Jewish enterprise.”

An oil-drilling company knows that it costs ,000 to sink a test well. If oil is hit, the income for the drilling company will be 5,000. If only natural gas is hit, the income will be 5,000. If nothing is hit, there will be no income. If the probability of hitting oil is and [...]

extra oil coming from?

Now compare the figures under Refinery Inputs and Net Imports…if -as FOX News likes to keep claiming- the Obama administration has placed a moratorium on domestic drilling, then where did the extra 548,000 barrels of oil come from?
Also note the amount of oil in the SPR has not [...]
1.Obama’s unwillingness to drill for more domestic oil
2.Government taxes on oil and gas
3.The Federal Reserve devaluation of the dollar
4.The turmoil in the middle east
5. Tax cuts for big oil
What is a mature sedimentary basin ?, is it like when most of the oil it produced has been drilled, if so whats the opposite of a mature basin defined as ?
Thanks
I remember a few years ago when gas was .00+ a gallon and all it took was the GOP to say drill, and the prices began to go back down. Gas is reaching .00+ in parts of the country again, and I would bet anything that if Obama came out and said he will now [...]
Obama has already opened up drilling in Alaska and offshore, we have not gotten our jobs back and we are still paying .50-4.00 gallon. Even if we nationalizes the oil itself and just pay the companies to get it our of the ground for us it still would not be enough to get jobs just [...]
As part of a deal to raise the debt ceiling, will Republicans agree to cut corporate tax breaks for oil and gas drilling, and cut socialist price supports and payments for farms? How about money losing below market cattle grazing on federal lands and money losing timber sales? Here’s a list of cuts [...]

The Everglades is a protected wilderness area in Florida; does it have a long future or will it be subject to oil and gas drilling? One candidate in Presidential Campaigning says "Yes" –
Republican presidential candidate Michele Bachmann said Sunday that she would consider oil and natural gas drilling in [...]
I’m mainly concerned about the numbers that are used and their meanings.
A(acreage)= [L (actual lateral length drilled) x 0.11488 + 160] x 1.5 = 584.64 (rounded up to the nearest number evenly divisible by 40)
We are in the anger stage now so I guess I am in the waiting stage.

.
It has been reported that we have enough oil and gas to last for a 100 years; using today’s technology.
Lots of drilling for natural gas (fracking) where this unusual earthquake appeared.
Im trying to write an essay on oil drilling in florida and keep coming across the term exploration block.
Here’s an example: Iraq plans to auction 12 "exploration blocks", believed to contain mostly gas reserves, in November as part of the country’s efforts to capture natural gas for electricity generation, the country’s oil minister said [...]
Because that is exactly what Bachmann has proposed with her promise to kill US oil and gas jobs.

But noo, we have to plant trees and not offshore drill because of the environment:O!
Oh yea, i forgot al gore took the liberty of inventing the internet haha
These oil reserves have been held back for an emergency. i.e. If the nation has to mobilize for a war or to react to a natural disaster. What if we use up our reserves in an era where drilling for new oil is prohibited.
