Civil suit? Assault by club owner at the club?

I went with my coworkers to a charity benefit. Then we went to a bar/club later that night. My fiance and I were dancing when, I moved backwards and accidentally bumped a girl. She just turned around, no words or yelling, and started punching me in the head! She knocked me down and was on top of me. I pulled her hair to try and get her offf. She continued punching. One of the owners, whom i originally thought was a bouncer, came and pulled me from under the girl, grabbed me by my neck and i fell on some steps. I tryed to get up and walk out when he ran towrds me and grabbed me by the neck again. He took me to the front door and threw me out. I landed on my right side, hit my head on the concrete and started bleeding! He called the cops and was having charges pressed on me! He never threw the other girl out. I ended up having a mild asthma attack in front of the club and got sent to the emergency room. I have video of me being rushed to the emergency room and the girl with no injuries just fine. I have pictures of all my bruises and swollen eye with gash in it. I also have 11 witnesses who happen to be teachers and assistants from the private school we work at. Can i press charges against the owner and the girl. Can I sue for medical bills and damages? What should i do?
