Do You Call it the Careful Planning and Execution of the Israeli Holocaust in Palestine?

The 1952 Law of Entry

Anti-Arab racism is Israel is not only expressed in the attitudes of Israeli Jews towards Arabs, but it is embedded in the Israeli legal system.

The 1952 Law of Entry, for example, states that whatever "does not hold an immigration visa or immigration certificate" can face immediate deportation by the interior minister or can be denied visa at any time.
But who is able to qualify for such a visa? The Law of Return restricts immigration visas solely to Jews. Palestinian refugees are therefore legally barred from re-entering Israel. The interior minister also has the ability to withdraw residence from non-Jews regardless of how long they have been living in Israel.

The 1952 Citizenship Law

The 1952 Citizenship Law is also discriminatory, in that it allows only Jews the right to retain their former citizenship after becoming Israeli citizens. The same law obliges non-Jews to renounce their former citizenship before becoming citizens.

Many discriminatory rulings have been delivered by Jewish Rabbinical courts which are recognised as part of Israel’s judiciary. Under Jewish religious laws non-Jews are unable to validly testify in rabbinical courts.

The Law of Acquisition of Absentee Property

The Law of Acquisition of Absentee Property gave the Israeli state the legal right to confiscate all Arab land unless the owners could produce documentary evidence showing they owned that land and also providing they had not left their residence between September 29, 1947 and September 1 1948 to go anywhere outside Jewish control. It was often impossible for many Arabs to prove land ownership as most land was never registered but had passed on through hereditary right.

The Contemporary Israeli Leaders Plan for the Israeli Holocaust in Palestine

"The Palestinians" would be crushed like grasshoppers … heads smashed against the boulders and walls."
Israeli Prime Minister (at the time) in a speech to Jewish settlers New York Times April 1, 1988

"When we have settled the land, all the Arabs will be able to do about it will be to scurry around like drugged cockroaches in a bottle."
Raphael Eitan, Chief of Staff of the Israeli Defense Forces, New York Times, 14 April 1983.

"How can we return the occupied territories? There is nobody to return them to."

Golda Meir, March 8, 1969.

"There was no such thing as Palestinians, they never existed."
Golda Maier Israeli Prime Minister June 15, 1969

Israel is a lean mean killing machine. God bless the Jews.

  2. Joe Says:

Enough with your Arab lies and propaganda.

What Golda Meir meant was that "Palestinians" are disgruntled Arabs who invented the word for themselves, so that they could assume a "hard done by" status.

This is after they stood around loafing and masturbating in the desert for centuries (like nerds) and allowing the land to deteriorate. It’s not the fault of the Jews for coming in like the varsity (A-team) and developing it into a thriving world cultural center.

Tell me what country you belong, and I would love to tell you some speeches of your folks and what they did to the world?

  4. guttermoon Says:

    ARMAGEDDON is the answer.

JEHOVAH GOD`S war against unruly mankind when HE will crush to dust ALL those bringing death and destruction & spoilation against humanity and the earth.

In God`s view there exist NO Jews NO Gentiles only wicked men and women who are marked down for destruction.

At Armageddon all will suffer the death and destruction as befell Pharaoh in the Red Sea & those at Sodom & Gomorah.

Agree with all your point. it seems hopeless to get them a state in that area, so focus on getting them one elsewhere. The 50 TRILLION dollars given Israelis settler to rent there land 36 months would have gone a long way in buying a homeland for Palestinians.

Where is the justice, fairness and commonsense?
    How come victims are terrorists?
People who promote prejudice and bigotry are good!
    Their victims are bad?
Those people legislate prejudice and bigotry are good!
    Their victims are bad?

  8. Lal Guru Says:

What more evidence do you need to prove the culpability of Israelis?

    sic em Israel.

I don’t understand what your point is, Its a Jewish state. A state for the Jewish people who were driven into diaspora by the Romans. That’s the idea.
This state is intended for people who are Jewish, the world accepted that as a necessity in preserving the Jewish people, that was before and after the first world war and was prooven true during the second world war.

Thus, if you are Jewish, you can be a citizen of the Jewish state, and if you’re not Jewish and you want to be a citizen you will have to give up your citizenship in another country.

about your Law of Acquisition. It holds true to the lands Intended to be the Jewish state in 1947 where arabs were living at the time, Jews were also living in lands intended to be the arab state and they moved into Israel. But the arabs living in Israel who decided to stay in Israel during and after the 1948 war, where the arab world declared war on Israel and attacked it, had to produce documents, given to every household by the British Mandate of Palestine, that they have been living there and never left during the war (this is to prevent from refugees to move into houses of arabs who fled).
I see this is being more fare towards arabs than arabs have ever been towards Israelis.

    So, whats is your point?

I can show you many many quotes from the other side, including religious leaders and the quoran calling to kill jews, and im not talking about only israelis, im talking about jews as a whole.
In fact, policies change in time, and different governments believe in different things. Where in the past 20 years have you heard an Israeli authority calling for death and destruction of the palestinian people?

About the very last comment, its true.
there were never in history palestinians, thats an invention of Arafat after 1967.
Arabs in the area never regarded themselves as palestinians, arabs took the name of the district that was already there and named themselves after it. not the other way around.

    Yes, it is.

So, the moral of the story is, “Israel has the right to have many discriminatory laws but not other countries?!
