		<description>If the tow truck company is incorporated it is a legal entity.  If the land owner requests it that means you are on their property, presumably without permission.  That doesn&#039;t give you much of a legal leg to stand on.  If this is a repossession and the vehicle is NOT on property you own or specifically rent (the parking lot of your apartment doesn&#039;t count) then they have a legal right to claim the vehicle.  If it is on property you own or rent, the driveway of a rented house for example, they have to get a court order.  If they hook up to it without such an order, and make it on to public property, i.e. the road, they&#039;re in the clear.</description>
