Does anyone know if they have vicks vapo rub without petroleum?

Or any other product that is like it but without the Petroleum. The vicks vapo rub helps open up my lungs when I can’t breathe,but I don’t like the fact that it has petroleum in it. Please let me know if there is anything.Thanks a lot!!!
