Has Bill Clinton joined the "Drill here, Drill now" group? Why is he calling for "Drill baby drill!"?

    Bill is wrong.

You know, I just read the article. You forgot to mention that NO MEDIA was at the event, and that these so-called "quotes" from Bill Clinton were provided by attendees. Who just happened to be in the energy industry.

I find that to be suspect.

And the only interesting thing in the whole article to me, was the very last sentence:

"Obama said that domestic oil refiners aren’t seeing a supply shortage — they’re operating at near-full capacity."

Yea, he needs to step in for Obama again so Obama can leave a press conference and answer to the first lady.

For twenty years, conservatives have claimed Bill Clinton only tells people what he thinks they want to hear. Is now any different?

  4. bookish Says:

What he’s saying, since you don’t seem to understand, is that these permits, which are legal, should not be delayed at this point in time. He’s not talking about changing any current regulations; he’s talking about granting permits in a timely manner.
I find the right’s obsession with Bill Clinton and Barack Obama to be somewhat amusing.

He musta been taking his "smart pills" at the time. Unlike his political ally and current incompetent President Obama.

    He’s right!

  6. Bulldog Says:

I presume he see’s it as fulfilling a Hussein promise of getting people back to work and controlling gas prices. When he was in office,he released surplus oil,to bring the price down, which bozo in office, refuses to do.It’s also a way to get even with bozo.

  7. mr danger Says:

Y’know guys there is a solution that we can do immediately which doesn’t require drilling anything:For the next 2 years eliminate the taxes on a gallon of gas which currently represent about 14% of the at -the -pump price
Sure government revenues will be decreased But there may be a way to recoup some of that
