George Bush started the stimulus money. If anybody spent stimulus money on oil, it would have been former oil man Bush. But, I don’t think he did. We have so many unused oil fields and capped wells that it doesn’t make sense drilling for more oil, anyway, whether that is offshore or ANWR or whatever. Make the oil companies use the leases they aren’t using.
Are you nuts after the rich bastards lined there pockets with bonuses there is not much left for the R&D we need to move forward. The money that is spent for recovery is not going to the victims of a manipulated market and that is just a shame. It turned put to be a big fat lie.

The purpose of the Stimulus Bill was not to subsidize the oil industry.

None. It all is being wasted on studying the effects of smoking pot and then having sex and other terribly worthy studies.
