Do you own a refinery so as to refine the crude oil that you will buy? Or do you want to buy and sell to a refinery? There is no use buying crude oil when you don’t own a refinery nor want to sell to a refinery. In the purchase of crude oil, discount are usually given to enable the buyer make profit and pay commission to all those involved in making the transaction a success.
