If Bush was still in office wouldn't the oil spill be entirely blamed on him?
It’s kind of ironic that now that Obama is allowing off shore drilling, and then month later there is an oil spill near one of the regions, The Gulf of Mexico.

Obama didn’t allow off shore drilling. He was lifting the monotrium on it. He did it to hopefully garner support for his climate bill. He also had people researching it to be aware of all the dangers.
Why aren’t you going after Sarah "drill baby Drill" Palin or Michael "really let’s drill baby drill" Steele? They have been pushing how safe and cheap off shore drilling is.
Bush would have been blamed for this if he treated it like he did New Orleans and just ignored it for a week. I’m upset that Obama didn’t have people moving in to help immediately and he deserves the blame for that. However this Oil rig was already there, and was not Obama’s fault.
