TMT prob’ly stands for Thousand Metric Tons (10^6 Kg).
A "barrel" is a volume measure. The conversion factor is gonna depend on the "grade" of the crude oil (e.g., "heavy", "medium", or "light"), and also, to some degree, on the temperature.
