If I have a land contact with the owner of a home can I turn around and rent to someone else?

I believe that if you have a land contract with the owner of the house that you can not turn around and rent it out. That the contract is with you the one you have the contract with still has say in who moves in the house. I’m I right or I’m I wrong?

You are correct. The only way you would be able to do is rent out a room while you are living there, but you can’t rent out the whole house.
