…legally belong to it’s rightful owners again at last?

150 other nations have signed. Would it be too difficult for us as a nation as most of us occupy seized land?

    I doubt it. You would then create the scenario in which hundreds or thousands of "indigenous tribes" would lay claim to unprovable claims. At this late date in the scheme of things they best take what they can get out of the deal. Why would someones ancient claims supersede modern occupant rights? Do you get the feeling the first 2 guys are one and the same person?
