Is Breitish Petroleum responsible to dump what the Communities are cleaning up from their Beaches?

Does the Dump meet EPA Standards? How long till the Oil mess will degrade in the clean-up
plastic bags? Who’s paying?

    BP (British Petroleum) is 100% responsible for the clean of the 9 million barrels of oil that have spilled into the Gulf of Mexico and they are also responsible to compensate all persons or businesses for ALL lost wages because of the spill. This will end up being an enormous amount of money that could bankrupt BP. The oil will takes 100’s of years for all of the oil to degrade because there is so much of it.

    BP IS RESPONSABLE UNTIL THEY GO BANKRUPT, THEN THE TAXPAYERS.
