Is expecting and anticipating the "end of the world" healthy?

Whenever someone asks a question regarding current events, gas prices, natural disasters, war, global warming, etc. , there’s always someone who posts something to the effect of "Well, the world’s going to end soon, anyway. Nothing really we can do about it." I’ve applied the "aw, screw it" philosphy to some of life’s problems in the past, and I can tell you from experience that it just doesn’t work out well. Isn’t it a dangerous attitude to apply it to global concerns?

  1. Linda Says:

The end of the world is coming and that we have to accept. Because its definately going to happen whether God comes to fetch his people and whether the people destroy this earth the world is going to end. So We should accept it. Waiting for it in anticipation is actually causing you to miss out on living life to the fullest. Because all you ever sit and think about is the world ending.
