Just moved to Arlington TX, help me please!?

I come from Rome, Italy, I need your help.
I’ve just found an apartment in Arlington TX and I have to sign up for energy.
Everybody suggest me Reliant Energy http://www.reliant.com/Welcome.do.
Who can help me to choose the most convenient plan for me?
I’m going to live in a small apartment, 510square feet,only for 6 months, I’m the only one to live there and I have Washer,Dryer and Dishwasher in the apt.

    but i’m not quite sure i live in dallas tx and im only 13 but i think my dad uses a different energy plan

    The rates are both based on 2000 kwh, which is far more than you’ll be using in that size of apartment. For example, I have an 850 square foot apartment and my usage for last month was 700 kwh.

    Most of the time, the rate you’ll get for a lower kwh usage is quite a bit higher. On the webpages where you see these plans, there should be an "Electricity Facts" document which will show you what the rates are based on lower usage.

    Also, both of these are month-to-month plans, meaning your rate can change drastically at any given month. If your lease is for a longer term (such as a 1 year lease), look into plans where you can lock in a low rate for a 1-year term.
