Last night a co-worker informed me that the price of propane is going to increase by 15%. Is this true?

I live in Ennis, Mt and I hate my apartment with propane since there is no natural gas line running down here. A co-worker informed me that, due to the price of gas, everything is going up and businesses are using this fact to jack up prices. I would like to know if this is true since I haven’t heard anything about this until last night. He and his family are moving back o Oregon because of this mess. As for me I’ve been wanting to live and work in MT since I was ten and I’ll be damned if I’m going to let some rich bastard chase me out of here!

I don’t know what planet you’ve been living on, but here on earth energy cost’s have been going up for the last 10 years.

very possible there will be an increase as propane is stripped from natural gas and natural gas is generally speaking 1/6 mcf to the price of crude. Plus increased transportation cost as well
