LLC, INC or CORP?
I a am an Independant Petroleum Landman, I get paid a day rate and per diem(hotels mileage). I have been thinking about creating a business, but not sure the difference or the pros and cons of them?

LLC may be a better choice because of the tax benefits. INC and Corp are the same thing unless you are refering to an S Corp. I would talk to an attorney. They can explain how the different entities will relate to you personally.
