Looking for Land Work in Alaska! I want to relocate!?

I am a Landman in southern New Mexico. I am looking for a change of scenery and I am thinking about relocating. Alaska is my first choice. If anyone has any ideas about searching (I have already searched local newspapers, job search engines and everything I can think of) or even companies hiring. I have one and a half years experience. I am young and eager to learn. Any help offered will be greatly appreciated! Thanks
