**Patriotic Americans ONLY**: should McCain pick Bobby Jindal for veep ?
I would encourage the McCain campaign to seriously consider the Governor from Louisiana for Vice President. His life trajectory, while sharing some similarities to that of Barack Obama, brought him to a VERY different set of values…Patriotic values…true American values. Consider:
* Jindal was born in Louisiana to recently arrived Punjabi Indian immigrants Amar and Raj Jindal, who were attending graduate school
* Jindal was a Hindu, but converted to Catholicism in high school
* has a 100% pro-life voting record according to the National Right to Life Committee. He opposes abortion without exception
* sponsored the Deep Ocean Energy Resources Act to eliminate the moratorium on offshore oil and gas drilling
* voted yes on making the PATRIOT Act permanent
* voted in favor of the 2006 Military Commissions Act
* supported a constitutional amendment banning flag burning
* has an "A" rating from Gun Owners of America
His credentials are impeccable, his love for America is indisputable. He would be a tremendous asset to the McCain campaign. Bobby Jindal is the anti-Obama.
What do you think?

McCain/Huckabee and McCain/Jindal would both be win wins for the Republicans. I am equally liking of both vice presidential candidates.
LOL at Adam B!
Why do you hate creationism? You must be an atheist right?
Nothing is insane about this. Republicans are not corrupt or immoral; they are the exact opposite. If anyone is corrupt and immoral, then it is the Democrats.
He is not unelectable; he is very electable! And when did Jindal betray his heritage??

JINDAL IS A GENIUS…
and would be a great pick. What’s so good about this pick is that he’s 10 years younger than Obama and has way more experience. I’d love to see him humiliate Obama.

NO, Jindal is not well known enough and is way too young for the VP.

No. He should pick someone whose home state is a swing state.

Well if we can’t have the Rev. Cleophus; then he sounds like a qualifying second to me!

Bobby Jindal would be a good choice for McCain indeed. McCain should pick him or Mike Huckabee. I like both equally well.
LOL at Adam B!

Yes of course, his incongruence with McCain on various issues such as the environment would make a good team to lead the way.

Yes

isnt that the 36 year old muslim dude? lmao go for it

It’s a good idea. Let’s round out the insanity by putting an unelectable nut who betrayed his heritage for political gain and who thinks it’s OK to teach creationism in public schools on the ticket. We should make it absolutely clear how corrupt and immoral the Republicans are, and Jindal is the perfect choice for that purpose.

He need to consider someone because his @ss is a loser.
Vote Obama 08*

No. Jindal has some extreme views on social issues, but more importantly, what he’s good at, financial stewardship, is what Louisiana really needs right now to suceed. He doesn’t have remotely the experience in government to justify the VP slot, far less than Obama. And Louisiana is generally a safe REpublican bet, so no benefit there.

Sounds like he is unamerican, since he has voted for laws that the most right wing court in a century has smacked down for violating the sacred constitution of this land.
