Please explain to me how the gasoline companies like BP, Shell, and Exxon Mobile work. Do they buy their crude oil from foreign entities and refine and sell to the American public?
In early May, the average price $ per gallon in the U.S. was under per gallon. Right now, with oil back at that previous level, gasoline is still hovering around per gallon. Tell me that Exxon Mobile is not gouging us.

The way NAFTA is set up,
the highest bid buys the oil
no matter what country
McCain likes the free trade
the way it is, and doesn’t want
any changes to it
So if the Saudis out-bid Exxon/Mobile,
we will still pay roughly the same high
prices for gasoline
only it will be the Saudis selling us
what is supposed to be our own oil
