Don’t Republicans care about raising Gas prices.

If she believes it will be voted down, why does she block the vote on drilling? Is she afraid that would trigger expectations of oil investors and lower gas prices? What is her primary motive?

So oil has dropped almost 25% since its high 3 weeks ago. Yet gas prices where I live have only dropped 3% (seriously), and with the long weekend coming up they’ll probably skyrocket. Why aren’t we seeing cheaper prices at the pump with oil sliding?

I may not be an economics expert but I don’t think offshore drilling in the U.S. will help gas prices all that much. It will take ten years to see anything and with the growing use of cars in China and India I think the world demand for oil will only increase. Let’s [...]

It is strange that Dems/Libs have a mantra, we can’t drill our way out of this. True! but where are the alternatives and we all have cars that run on gasoline. Most of us can’t go out and purchase a ,000 automobile. Meanwhile gas prices soar because we are dependent on foriegners.
