Texas, drills for oil, natural gas, and is the #1 producer of wind power in the country. Texas also has different laws than the rest of the country, because we used to be our own country. I think the rest of the country should research Texas, then make a judgement about Drilling. Like Texas, [...]

The US has untapped oil and natural gas both underground and off shore, yet your party blocks any and all efforts for recovery of our own natural resources forcing imported oil and gasoline to be used. We all agree alternative energy needs to be used but thats years if not decades away, The public needs [...]

With their moratorium on oil drilling, still to this day
Their obstructionist attitude to new drilling for oil, natural gas and coal
Can we safely say that Obama is creating an energy crisis?
I agree that the Ethanol fiasco is unfortunate. To subsidize an energy source that is more expensive, more corrosive to engines and more polluting, is [...]

It is the fault of the Dems that we cannot drill in our backyard when we have so much oil , oil shale and natural gas . We could be off foreign oil in less than five years if allowed to drill off the coasts and Alaska, plus be allowed to remove the oil shale [...]

I believe we need to get off of oil not only because of the environment but also because of nation security. We are financing our enemies. I have no problem with increasing tax on gasoline but it must be done slowly in order to allow people time to adjust and it must apply [...]

Why did they close 2 refineres in Jan. I know it was a mild month but still. Also, most homes now run on natural gas. I didnt think that needed crude oil. I think it just shows how much price gouging is really out there. Every quarter you hear about the billons of dollars in [...]

I know they are a lot more expensive.
Are there electrical parts that need replacing by high paid technicians.
I can replace the old tank type myself for about 0.00.
Can you install the high tech type by yourself or do you need a lot of
training..
I’m leaning toward the old fashion type.
What do you think? Wile it [...]

This is how we will do it. And this why we will do it.
This country has so much under used industrial capacity in our Auto Plants, Airplane Plants, Steel Plants and Electronics Plants to make America Energy Independent in 2 to 5 years. We can build enough windmills and [...]

We are converting to natural gas and will want to unload the big eyesore. Should we just give it away to someone if they take care of moving it or should we ask payment for the tank itself? How much is it worth?

A year or so ago, we were approached by a company called "Just Energy" Corp. and invited to sign up for a natural gas fixed price program, promising to "lock your price in now for guaranteed protection against future increases."
I guess whenever a business offers me something, my first question is, "what’s in it for [...]

It is a 1993 Chevrolet Caprice, V-8, 5 L engine.
I am tinkering with the idea to get the car converted from running on gas to run on propane/natural gas for the sake of money.
I am here just to get honest opinions of the people here how much it will cost me for the conversion.
Will it [...]

"With commodities fromm oil to natural gas to grain to meat priced in dollars and becoming more expensive as the greenback falls, consumers have to take more out of their wallets to simply buy the same amount of goods."

Obama said yesterday that he would increase prices on oil, natural gas, and coal. Economists say that is the ‘Trifecta of disaster’- the ‘Perfect Storm’ if you will. It will inflte the price of everything that is transported (which means EVERYTHING). You have already seen the effect from that at the grocery store. That policy [...]

What about the atoms in natural gas makes it less dense than petroleum? I know that they are both a form of natural gas. This is only a theory of mine, but is petroleum more dense than natural gas because it is a hydrocarbon?
