The price of oil doesn’t hasn’t change much in the past 2 months but the price at the pump is up 50 cents. How does that make sense? It’s not like it costs more to refine it.

If the cost of the war were considered a subsidy for the oil industry, what would the price of oil be? How big of a drain on the world’s oil supply is the war in iraq?

If it wasn’t for all the federal excise and transportation taxes on oil, we’d be paying a lot less. Not the mention the obscene 35% federal income tax. Isn’t it government that is really driving up the price of oil?

What is the standard to which you measure, depending on the value of the dollar, how much you should pay for oil?
There must be a calculation. There is just so much relativity, that I’m wondering, which "benchmark" do you use to assess the value of oil in relation to the value of the dollar, which [...]

I’m betting the ACTUAL price of oil, based on supply and demand is really between – a barrel and that every penny above that point is pure Iraq war "fear" premium.
Remove the Iraq war "Fear" premium and all you have left is the actual price.
Come on January when the world sees that production has not [...]
