There is new product launched which thins crude oil does anyone know what it is called ?

Apparently it makes crude oil flow like water and it has seriously positive implications for extracting oil which makes it cheaper for the consumer, i heard about it on the radio but did not catch the name? TB something?

Don’t know the name of the product you are looking for. If it is really good look at publications like the Oil and Gas Journal because there will be ads for it in there.

Thinning of crude oil is the basis for tertiary recovery methods from existing oil reservoirs. Secondary recovery is usually water flooding. There are several ways to thin crude oil so that it will flow from the reservoir/pipelines: Heat, pumping back natural gas, surfactants, and other chemical additives.
