We are a tenant of a land for 33 years and now the owner wants to get the possession, what are my right?

I am a Filipino and my father has been a tenant of a land for more than 33 years, and now the owner wants to take back the possession, the problem is my father has many plants which are now productive, what can we do for this, I hope anyone who has knowledge of law in Philippine agrarian could help my queries. Can we still take the possession or if we allow them to pay us, what is the right computation for payment. Thank you.
