What do you need to become a petroleum engineer?
Hi,
I wanna know what exactly do you need to become a petroleum engineer. By that, I mean what skills should you have in order to become a good petroleum engineer. For example, what subjects should be good at. Also, is it "fun" to work as a petroleum engineer or not??
Any help would be highly appreciated.
Thanks!

As is the case in all engineering disciplines, you need to be good in and enjoy math and science. You also need to enjoy solving problems. Finally you need to get a degree in petroleum engineering from an accredited university.
All engineering disciplines are "fun" if you are good at what you do and work in the right environment.
