What do you think would happen if the world became dependent on a non-petroleum energy source?
Say, hyper solar power, or magnetic energy or something, to fuel engines and machinery? Do you think the US would still be in Iraq and the middle east killing and destroying with no oil issues on the leader’s agenda?

I hope we are able to find out what it will be like to be off fossil fuels! Every time we fill our fuel tanks we are supporting some of the people who want to kill us!
Would we be in Iraq and the Middle east? Good question! If we had never been Dependant on oil the mid east would still be poor and living in tents. Since we made them rich with our demand for oil they are attacking us, and we are fighting back.
Dwight D. Eisenhower dreamed of Nuclear energy powering everything and being too cheap to meter. If we hadn’t of been so afraid of nuclear accidents, we may have never needed mid east oil.
