Every time we fill our fuel tanks we are supporting some of the people who want to kill us! Would we be in Iraq and the Middle east? Good question! If we had never been Dependant on oil the mid east would still be poor and living in tents. Since we made them rich with our demand for oil they are attacking us, and we are fighting back. Dwight D. Eisenhower dreamed of Nuclear energy powering everything and being too cheap to meter. If we hadn't of been so afraid of nuclear accidents, we may have never needed mid east oil.
