		<description>I don&#039;t think you putting a post in is going to make anything any more official.  The land is set and your neighbor can move that pin til kingdom come, but it&#039;s not going to change where his property ends and yours begins. 
If, at any time, you find he has moved it, I would contact a local official and notify them of it.  
As for your neighbor&#039;s behavior, I would start contacting law enforcement whenever they begin to verbally assault you.  It&#039;s unlawful and should be dealt with accordingly.  It&#039;s not necessary for you or your children to have to deal with that kind of garbage, let law enforcement handle it.
As for your fence, ensure that you meet all local codes and stay on your property and build away.  If they destroy it, take them to court.  
In everything you do- stay within the boundaries of the law and you will be ok.</description>
