What will the price of oil be when Obama takes office?
I’m betting the ACTUAL price of oil, based on supply and demand is really between – a barrel and that every penny above that point is pure Iraq war "fear" premium.
Remove the Iraq war "Fear" premium and all you have left is the actual price.
Come on January when the world sees that production has not gone up ONE SINGLE BARREL and yet, oil will be selling for – a barrel.
Arrest all oil corp republicans!

It’s impossible to answer the question as asked because Obama will never take any office other than US Senator.

Obama is in support of raising the gas tax. Oil goes up for all sorts of reasons, even though that is ridiculous. Oil is high because someone is manipulating the prices (probably illegally). I know you probably wont choose this as best answer (since people only choose the ones they agree with). Oh and to answer your question: I have no idea how much it will be. Probably around 100 a barrel. But that is just because demand is lowering and supply is gaining.

Considering he’ll take office in January my guess would range from 100-120, b/c Fall and Winter have less demand on gas b/c there is less traveling during this period

Obama will not take the office he will have to be elected to it. It would take a military coup to TAKE an office.
