When can we expect to get back to drilling for gas and oil like last year?

The price of oil has dropped off and so has the drilling, Talk is that it will be in March after Obama figures out who really runs the country; him or the people.
I know what he said to get elected, but is that really what will happen, once the people are tired of paying ridiculous prices for everything else. Just so that we will not drill for OUR OWN oil.

    When he finds out its big business that really runs the country he will be heart broken.
    Lets just hope that the people can reclaim the Gov. that is suppose to represent them and not big business like the Chamber Of Commerce.

    I thought Obama was against more drilling.
