When Palin-ites say that she “took on” big oil, do they mean…?

When Palin-ites say that she "took on" big oil, do they mean that she took big oil on as a PARTNER?
Clearly a staunch supporter of oil and gas drilling, she bought off the Alaskan electorate for 00 each and now she’s GIVING TransCanada half a billion dollar$ to build that pipeline she’s crowing about.
Wow, with adversaries like that, big oil is drilling all the way to the bank (and gasoline is not getting any cheaper.)

Did you ever hear Gov. Palin talk about the thousands of fishermen who were put out of business by the Exxon Valdez oil spill, then denied a moral and viable court settlement just this year, costing them everything they ever owned?

    Hint: she didn’t.

I doubt she cares one bit about the people of her state or the rest of the nation. She’s all about the dead presidents. And no one gets as much air time in the tent of the GOP if they are anti-corporate, especially to big oil.

Sarah’s Palins inauguration as governor was sponsored by BP. And she asked followers to pray for a $30 million gas pipeline calling it "God’s plan." This woman didn’t "take on" big oil, she "took in" big oil.

Is that anything like the Messiah and oil? Or the Messiah and ethanol?
