Where & how do roughnecks and roustabouts eat when they're working the rigs in the field?

I live in So. Texas where there’s been the recent explosion in oil and gas exploration and drilling and I was just curious if the rig workers are responsible for their own meals (do they bring their lunches?) Most of the rigs around here are in remote rural locations and while driving by one of these rigs, that question arose.

In my experience crewmembers live in bunkhouse trailers and have a kitchen and a cook in a seperate trailer.

You can bag your lunch, or maybe a roach coach comes by, sometimes the foreman makes friends with some local grandma who brings lunch out to the boys. There is always the option of doing without.
