Where & how do roughnecks & roustabouts eat when they're working the rigs in the field?

I’m curious what the process is. I live in So. Texas where there’s been the recent explosion in oil and gas exploration and drilling and I was just curious if these rig workers are responsible for their own meals (do they bring their lunches?) Most of the rigs around here are in remote rural locations and while driving by one of these rigs,l that question arose.

Many thanks!

Not sure why this landed in Books and Authors, but what the hell.

When I used to live in Texas, long ago, they all brought their lunches in traditional metal lunchboxes. I assume it wasn’t profitable for a lunch wagon which sold meals or snacks to drive all that way, set up, and drive back, and there’s no reason the employers would want to treat its workers to lunch every day.
