I think most home prices were vastly over priced..
I bought a house in 1991 and in a few years the price doubled
but then came this crises and down the prices came..
This was a false price as the homes were not worth double
just as stocks are vastly overpriced and then they too sometimes tank out…
Oil is a commodity and the oil production has "peaked"
please see the documentary called ":peaked" on the oil industry and also "maxed out " on the credit card industry..
between the two documentaries you will see how the American public has been manipulated to make billionaires richer..it is a very sad commentary on the American dream

Because that is not what happened with the housing.
I do not think either are evil. They are smart business people.

They’re all traitors. Kick them out of the country and send them to North Korea. Let them eat LEAVES!

Like getting screwed do you?
Maybe you’d like to tell them "thank you," and give them a big kiss?
But if the government raises your taxes, that’s different, right?
